Once you are ready to proceed, we will draw up the plans for your project. We keep in regular contact with you to ensure you get the improvements you require and everything is delivered within an agreed timeframe.
Planning and Permissions
We can prepare and submit pre-planning advice submissions to your Local Authority.
Once the plans are finalised we will prepare and submit the planning application and building control application. We act as your agent saving you the time and trouble of getting involved with the Council.
